Howard's Rug Co. is proud to have been part of the San Diego County Health Lab project at the County Operations Campus. The new facility, featuring modern design and cutting-edge technology, is transforming the landscape of public health. It will offer expanded services, state-of-the-art equipment, and high-quality testing services. The facility opened May 2025.
