I had a great experience using Howard's Rug Co. on the Legacy International Project.... The field installation crews were very detailed and installed beautiful products across the board, ranging from resilient flooring, carpet, tile, and adhered Jerusalem stone. Procurement of the Jerusalem Gold was a challenge due to the large quantity being installed throughout four buildings, but Howard's Rug always had crews on site to install the stone when it arrived and worked efficiently to meet our project completion date.
